These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pilot Reach services, operated by Yaw Works LLC dba Pilot Reach (“Pilot Reach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy and any additional terms provided for specific features.

2. Definitions

  • Account: Registered user profile
  • Content: Any data, files, text, images, or materials submitted
  • Subscription: Paid access plan
  • User: Anyone using the services
  • In-App Purchases: Purchases made through Apple or Google
  • App Stores: Apple App Store and Google Play

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental supervision.

You are responsible for your account and login credentials.

All services, branding, and intellectual property belong to Pilot Reach.

  • Bypass security systems
  • Use the service unlawfully

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate laws or FAA regulations
  • Misrepresent credentials or flight experience
  • Upload harmful or illegal content
  • Disrupt the platform or other users
  • Use bots or automation without permission
  • Cheat or compromise training materials
  • Use the platform for real-time flight operations
  • Share personal data without consent

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your content.

6.2 License to Us

You grant us permission to use your content to operate and improve the platform.

6.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for your content and compliance with laws.

6.4 Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Pilot Reach without compensation.

8. Beta Features

Experimental features may change or be removed at any time and are used at your own risk.

9. Subscriptions & Billing

9.1 Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe, Apple, or Google.

9.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

9.3 Free Trials

Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled.

9.4 Pricing

Prices may change at any time.

9.5 Cancellation

You must cancel through the original payment provider.

9.6 Refunds

  • Apple/Google: handled by their policies
  • Stripe: handled at our discretion

9.7 Taxes

You are responsible for applicable taxes.

10. Promotions

Promotions and discounts may be limited, revoked, or subject to specific terms.

11. Aviation Disclaimer

11.1 No Flight Instruction

Pilot Reach is not a flight school and does not provide FAA instruction or endorsements.

11.2 No Operational Use

Do not use this platform in place of official training, manuals, or ATC.

11.3 Risk

You assume all risks associated with aviation activities.

12. Third-Party Services

We may integrate services like Stripe, Apple, or Google. We are not responsible for their policies or performance.

13. Availability

Services may experience downtime, updates, or interruptions.

14. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

16. Open Source

Some components may be governed by open-source licenses.

17. Compliance

You agree to follow all U.S. export laws and sanctions.

Pilot Reach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to what you paid in the past 12 months.

We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control.
